These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Blackout Tints, located at 2224 Sonoma Blvd, Vallejo, CA 94590. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide automotive window tinting, tint removal, vinyl wrap, and related services. Quotes given by phone, online, or in person are estimates and may change after in-person vehicle inspection.

Appointments & Cancellations

Please give us advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Vehicles should typically be picked up the same business day the service is completed.

Lifetime Warranty

Our ceramic films include a lifetime warranty for the original owner covering bubbling, peeling, fading, and discoloration. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for selecting tint darkness levels that comply with California law. We will inform you of legal limits, but the final selection and any consequences of a non-compliant choice rest with the vehicle owner.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

We document pre-existing damage before beginning work. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects (including glass defects, prior tint damage, or aged seals) that may become apparent during or after service.

Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major payment types.

Communications

By booking, you agree to receive service-related communications (confirmations, reminders, updates). Marketing communications require your separate consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
